1. Check The Electronic Gradebook.
Every student and their parent has access to the
Electronic Gradebook.
Parents can receive EMAIL ALERTS whenever
their child is ABSENT or their GRADES CHANGE !

This is an EXCELLENT tool to monitor your child.
If your child does not know how to access the
gradebook - they must see their guidance counselor.
You may also visit the school to request this information.

3. Request a Daily Progress Report.
A daily progress report is taken by your child
to their teachers at the end of evey class.
The teacher will sign the report and comment on
your child's progress that day.
This is an excellent way to teach responsibility.
The progress report should be used with a reward /
positive reinforcement system by the parent.
Good Progress Report = REWARD
Poor Progress Report = NO REWARD

Parent - student - teacher meeting are held in the mornings -
before school starts - from 8:30 am - 9:00 am.
The student should attend the meeting with the parent.
